SECTION 10
Data Retention Periods
okjl888 retains your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention obligations:
- Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR's record-keeping obligations and RA 9160's AML data retention requirements.
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AML regulatory requirements.
- Game activity data: Retained for two (2) years from account closure for dispute resolution and audit purposes.

Children's Privacy and the 21+ Requirement
okjl888 is strictly a 21+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21. SECTION 14
Marketing Communications
okjl888 sends promotional messages — including bonus offers, game launch announcements, sports betting specials, and seasonal promotions — to registered players who have opted in to receive them. Consent to receive marketing communications is collected at registration and is entirely optional; declining marketing communications does not affect your access to any okjl888 service.
